It's the best of both worlds and the most common. You get a full Wind Mitigation report and a 4 Point Inspection at a discounted rate! Most Insurance providers will ask you for both of these reports.

Each Report will be delivered to you immediately after the inspection via email. Papers copies are also available upon request. If we are provided with your insurance company's contact information, we will instantly send them a copy as well! We want to make it as easy as possible for you.

Citizens Roof Certification $75

A Citizens Format Roof Certification is basically just a fancy way of asking for our opinion of your roof. It will include things such as when the roof was last replaced, condition, etc.

Like all of our other inspections, you will instantly receive a detailed summary which is accepted by all Homeowners Insurance Agencies in the State of Florida. This service is also available as an add-on to a Citizens 4 Point Inspection for a 50% discount.
